Who we are

Mr. Gomes Remodeling LLC ("Mr. Gomes Remodeling", "we", "us") is a family-owned remodeling contractor located at 329 W Main St., Northborough, MA 01532. This policy applies to mrgomes.com, to our estimate request forms, and to the advertising lead forms we run on Facebook and Instagram. It does not apply to websites run by other companies, even when we link to them.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request an estimate, call, text or email us, or fill out one of our ad lead forms, we collect what you choose to share, such as:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The service you are interested in and any message or project details you write
• Your project address and photos of the space, when you share them during the estimate process

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect technical information such as:

• Your IP address, browser type, device type, screen size, language and time zone
• The pages you view, how you scroll and click, how long you stay, and the website or ad that sent you to us
• Campaign details in the link you followed, such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers from Google, Meta or Microsoft

When you submit a form, this campaign and technical information is attached to your request so we know which ad or page brought you to us.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule an in-home visit and prepare your written estimate
• To plan, carry out and follow up on your project, including permits, scheduling and warranty service
• To send you information about your project or about our services, which you can stop at any time
• To understand how visitors use the site and which ads work, so we can improve both
• To block spam and fraudulent form submissions and keep the site secure
• To keep business records and comply with legal, tax and licensing obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Phone calls, text messages and WhatsApp

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your request and your project by phone call, text message (SMS) or WhatsApp. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (508) 304-3447.

We do not share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that help us deliver our own messages.

How we share information

We share information only with companies that help us run our business, and only as needed for that work:

• Website hosting and email providers, which store the site and deliver our email
• Customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging tools, which store your request and help us reply by email, text or WhatsApp
• Analytics and advertising providers, described in the next section
• Subcontractors and suppliers, such as licensed electricians, plumbers or material suppliers, when they need your name, address or project details to do their part of the job

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies from these services:

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure visits and form submissions. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Microsoft Clarity to see heatmaps and session recordings that show how visitors use our pages. Text you type into form fields is masked by default. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which may use cookies or pixels to measure our ads and show our ads to people who visited the site.
• Our email marketing system, which may recognize a returning visitor who has already shared an email address with us.
• Our own site measurement, which counts page views, scroll depth and form activity without cookies, using a temporary session ID that is deleted when you close the browser tab. The site also remembers in your browser which ad or link first brought you here, so a later estimate request is credited correctly.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, adjust your ad preferences in Google My Ad Center and Meta Ad Preferences, or opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info. The site works without cookies.

Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

How long we keep information

We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor our workmanship warranty, and meet legal, tax and licensing record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on every page and access limited to the people who need it. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Never send us payment card numbers or passwords through the website forms.

Your choices and rights

• Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any text.
• Access, correction or deletion: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for legal or warranty reasons.

To make a request, email contact@mrgomes.com or call (508) 304-3447. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will reply within 45 days. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, and we will honor them as those laws require.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning home projects. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to other websites, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Houzz, Yelp and the BBB. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
